Hi LTL Community,

Our annual meeting for the Linden Tree Lane HOA will be January 17, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Community Room at the Glenview Police Station located at 2500 E. Lake Avenue in Glenview. 

Our primary purpose for the annual meeting is to hold an election for members of the HOA board.

  • There are two slots on the board (currently held by myself and Bob McNeil) that will need to be filled on the board each for a two year term. Both myself & Bob will be running for another term.
  • Carol DiGiacomo, Steve Leighton and George Thompson were each elected to a two year term at the 2018 annual meeting held on January 18th, 2018.

If you are interested in serving on the board for a two year term please submit a Declaration of Candidacy via email (to me) by January 2, 2019.  In the email please include a brief write up on qualifications/what you would bring to the board so that we can share that at the annual meeting..

If you have any questions as to the working of the board, please feel free to contact any of the board members.

Hi LTL Community,
Good news & bad news!
The good news is that we will be repaving Linden Tree Lane and equally good news is the cost will be coming out of the reserve, not a special assessment.
The bad news is that we will be repaving the lane (both the main lane and behind the garages), so we will need to accommodate the paving schedule.
The timeline is in the attached document.  There will be only one day during the week of August 6th to 10th where we will not be able to have any traffic come in our out of the development.  We are still looking for an alternative for residents to park that day, so we will communicate the exact day of the week and where you can park closer to August.
Many thanks to our maintenance committee to putting a lot of thought & organization into what could have been chaos.  More to come…but please read the attached as it will impact our parking as well as guest parking.
