Notice: Garage Door Replacement
If you need to replace your garage door, then per the LTL covenants, the replacement MUST be specified and approved by unanimous vote of the HOA Board. While this is a homeowner expense, the door must visually conform to the originally installed doors on all units. Yo can be assured of approval if you order according to the attached specification. You are free to purchase from the supplier of your choice, but at least one resident has ordered the appropriate door from Raynor Door Company. If you want to purchase any other make or model, you must make application to the HOA boar and you must provide specifications and visual evidence of both architectural detail and color match.
