Hi Linden Tree Community,

Our annual meeting for the Linden Tree Lane HOA will be January 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm via Zoom (see Zoom link below)

Our primary purpose for the annual meeting is to hold an election for members of the HOA board.

• There are four slots on the board (currently held by Carol DiGiacomo, Shari Friedman, Dave Lai and George Thompson) that will need to be filled on the board for a two year term.
• Bob McNeil was elected to a two year term at the 2021 annual meeting held on January 14th, 2021.
• Letters of Candidacy.
• If you cannot attend the Zoom meeting you can use the Proxy ballot.

Lighting Committee LED Garage Lights

I’m sure you are all aware that some time ago our Government basically banned incandescent light bulbs. At that time production was halted in favor of Compact Fluorescent and LED bulbs. Once the remaining stock was depleted no more would be available in this country. We can no longer find the bulbs we have been using for the garage coach lights.

You also may recall that the LED bulbs with the dusk to dawn feature that have been so successfully utilized in the front porch coach lights, were originally meant to be used in the garage lights. We will now start using them for that purpose as well. We will be installing them one building or duplex at a time as the existing bulbs burn out. We have started with the eight unit building consisting of the addresses 4211 to 4225.

Just like with the front porch lights, we feel the change will be an improvement in aesthetics and security by brightening up the alleys. This will be especially beneficial now that we will be darker, longer, for the next 6 months! This will also eliminate the need for the screw in photo-eyes we have been using since the community came to be.
