Moore Landscapes Update
Dear Moore Client,
We last sent you a note on March 20 describing our status in the light of COVID-19 – and, with the speed of recent events, that seems like a lifetime ago. We wanted to further update you on our status and invite you to reach out to any of us with comments, questions, or requests. We are here to help.
- Our landscape operations continue. We have been classified as an essential service under Governor Pritzker’s Stay-at-Home and related orders. As such, unless things change, we will be out in the coming weeks as the landscape springs back to life, ensuring your property, is safe, functional, and beautiful.
- We are taking many precautions to protect our crews, employees, and the general public.
- As has been our policy for many weeks now, any ill individuals are being asked to stay at home.
- Our crews have been trained in safe distancing and in frequent hand washing and are provided soap and water to wash their hands while on the go throughout the day.
- Each crew member has been issued gloves and masks to protect themselves while riding in their crew trucks (mask required) and, as they prefer, when working on properties.
- We are limiting the number of crew members per truck and have increased direct reporting to sites wherever possible.
- We are washing the inside of our trucks and cleaning our tools at the end of each work day.
- We understand that your landscape priorities and budgets may be shifting during this time. Please reach out to your account executive or any of us on the Moore team if you would like to discuss options to meet your needs.
We are committed to safety and also to doing our job, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in us in caring for your landscape and acting responsibly during this time.
Most importantly, we hope you and yours are safe and healthy and stay that way.
