HOA Board Candidates 2020

Dear HOA Board of Directors and Fellow LTL Homeowners,

I am submitting this letter as official notice of my intent to run for a position on the LTL HOA Board of Directors for the election to be held in January, 2020. My name is Shari Friedman and I reside at 4245 Linden tree Lane. I have been a homeowner since July 2015. I am an attorney with experience in negotiating contracts and dealing with complex business issues, which requires attention to detail and a sense of time management – the necessary qualities and experience that will enable me to be a contributing member of, and an asset to, the LTL HOA Board of Directors. I also share the passion of the Board to keep our community well cared for and safe.

Dear Linden Tree Lane Homeowner’s Association,

Kindly accept this as my notice of intent to run for a positon on the Linden Tree Lane Homeowner’s Association Board. I have been serving as President on the Board for the past three years, and prior to 2017, I served as Secretary on the Board. I have been a resident of Glenview for many years and have engaged in the practice of law in the Chicagoland area since 1982. My law practice has been located in the area for the past 20+ years. I believe I can be helpful in maintaining our community in a way that we can all be proud to live there. I would like to continue to serve on the Board.

I am an original owner and am familiar with many of the issues of the complex. I also served on the board of our previous home owners association for several years. I have been a designer / artist for decades and have experience in designing and maintaining websites. I feel that my expertise will be beneficial as a board member.

My name is Dave Lai and I am submitting this letter as an official notice of my intent to run for a position on the Linden Tree Lane HOA Board of Directors. This is for the election to be held on January 2020. I reside at 4215 Linden Tree Ln, Glenview and have been for the past 4 years. I am a 35 year old full time Software Engineer with 1 child (and another on the way). Whereas I lack in HOA management experience, I am quick to learn, have a ton of energy and am attentive to details. I had lived in a community with another HOA for 6 years prior to this. I believe I possess the necessary qualitites to be a helpful member of the Board, and of the community. My desire is to be participating on the board in the Maintenance role, but I would be happy to participate in other roles as the board chooses.

Hi, I’m Lana Razumov at 4285. I’m really excited to run for the position of secretary for our association. I feel very fortunate that so many people in this community have stepped in and taking on leadership roles over the years. Now that my daughter is older and my volunteer commitment to our local school district has ended, I have time to contribute to our association. I am a senior marketing executive with over 20 years of experience and I’m happy to bring business acumen, communication skills and project management skills to this position.

Tolga Guder is a research analyst working at a boutique institutional asset management firm and a member of the investment team managing global stock portfolios. He has a great deal of experience with analyzing financial statements. Tolga has a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePaul and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Finance from Northwestern University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an active member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
