Board of Director’s Meeting
Wednesday, December 18th, 2013

1. Welcome/Introductions

• Members Present: Sherry LeRoy, Bernie Arends, Stevhanie Isaacson, Ken Walter
• Homeowners Present: John O’Malley (4211), Bob McNeil (4290), Barbara Singer (4254)

2. Approval of Minutes- November 20th, 2013

• Approved

3. Homeowner Comments:

• None

4. Old Business-

a. Satellite dish update – John O’Malley

• Seven out of ten Homeowners in compliance
• 4240, 4251 and 4276 not in compliance

b. Unauthorized leasing of 4219

• The Board will review further options in January

5. Treasurer’s Report – Ken

a. Monthly budget review / Year-end

• In total, right now we are $500.00 over budgeted expenses for the month. Through Dec. 14th we have spent $2200.00 vs budget of $1900.00for entire month. That will change when we receive more snow removal bills

• A complete update will be addressed at the January meeting

6. Landscape Update– Bernie

a. Snow removal

• As of December 18, 2013, no activity

7. Maintenance Update-Bernie

• No report

8. Website –Stev

a. Election information on website

• Election material will be sent via email and posted on website

9. Lighting Committee Update – John O’Malley

• Maintenance continues

10. New business?

a. Annual meeting preparation

• Annual Meeting will be held January 29, 2014 at the Glenview Police Station at 7:00 PM.

b. Upcoming Board Elections

• December 29th notification will be sent out and posted on Web.
• Two Board positions are open.
• Seeking candidates
